Executive Director of TASC's Center for Health and Justice (CHJ), an internationally recognized non-profit providing crime reduction, justice, and drug policy solutions at the intersection of the justice and behavioral health systems. Executive Director of the Police, Treatment, and Community Collaborative (PTACC).
I participate in research projects in a variety of roles including creating national advisory boards based on specific subject/topic areas, identifying participants/sites/communities for research protocols, conduct research interviews, co-author articles and papers stemming from research conducted, and speak/present on research findings to practitioners, elected officials, and the general public.

I teach as an adjunct professor, both in-person and online/virtual for undergraduate and graduate-level criminal justice programs. I can independently teach 100-200 level criminal justice courses, introductory research courses, and 300+/advanced content specific to my subject-matter expertise up to PhD level courses.
I also guest lecture, present on specialized topics, and serve as an advisor to team projects and theses students.
